Missed appointments are non-refundable.
If we arrive and cannot access your bins due to locked gates, bins not being curbside, or other obstacles, the visit will be marked as completed.
Recurring Plan Adjustments:
If you're on a recurring plan and need to pause or cancel future services, please contact us at least 3 days before your next scheduled cleaning.
